Attendance at the hearing and discussions during the hearing
Some hearings require extra time to get to the resolution, and it is important to get to the resolution. Once 4 hours have been conducted, the hourly rate for the entire hearing process will change to a reduced rate.
There is never a charge for preparation of documents related to the procedure.
