Melanie is very familiar with expert analysis of issues. She began her career defending physicians in medical malpractice disputes. Throughout her career, she has worked with expert physicians, economists, cause and origin fire specialists, engineers, safety experts, vocational specialists, product designers, construction experts, IP experts, engineers, chemical experts and many other areas of expertise.
Melanie has more than a decade of experience working with disputes related to business issues. She has litigated employment law disputes, contract disputes, supplier disputes, trade disputes, trade secret disputes and trademark disputes.
Melanie has experience in litigating trademark, trade secret, patent, and copyright matters. She has also engaged in considerable trademark prosecution and enforcement activities.
